V2 AI has stepped into the Singapore market with the launch of a regional hub, under the leadership of managing director Hannah Williams leading the expansion.

According to the AI consultancy firm the hub addresses growing enterprise customer need to help move past AI experimentation to the deployment of AI solutions.

“Enterprise organisations across APAC [Asia Pacific] are entering a new phase of AI adoption. They’re looking for partners who can move beyond proofs of concept to deliver enterprise-grade AI that is secure, governed and delivers measurable business outcomes,” said V2 CEO Craig Howe.

“That’s exactly where V2 AI has built its reputation, and Singapore provides the ideal platform for our next phase of growth.” V2 AI chose Singapore because of its standing as a global technology and innovation centre, government support for AI, and its collection of multinational enterprises that are increasing investment in generative AI, said the firmWilliams, who has been with V2 for six months, will be expected to tap into her experience in worthing with enterprises across APAC, which includes the likes of Amazon, WorkFusion, and SAP SuccessFactors.

The consultancy added her understanding of the region’s commercial landscape will play a “key role” in setting up its presence in Singapore.

“V2 AI is building a local team in Singapore spanning leadership, sales, consulting, engineering, delivery and change management to support customers and our partnerships throughout Asia and strengthen its position as a leading enterprise AI partner,” she said.

“This will complement our existing footprint across Australia and Kuala Lumpur.” Last week, V2 added four senior executive appointments — Clare Cranston, Millicent McCutcheon, Gulnnar Grover, and Dwayne Helena — due to demand from enterprise customers for AI strategy, engineering and industrial-scale delivery services.
