Data and AI consultancy V2 AI has named Bojan Zivic as AI and modernisation director.
Today, one of Australia’s fastest-growing data and AI consultancies, V2 AI, has announced the appointment of Bojan Zivic as Director.
Bojan brings over a decade of technology experience and is a recognised cloud and application modernisation expert, specialising in AI, cloud native and modern application architecture. He has delivered modernisation success across sectors, including financial services, insurance and superannuation.
Bojan’s experience includes leading AI initiatives, large-scale cloud migrations and embedding robust security practices. He has delivered key client success stories in serverless modernisation, GenAI coding uplift, and secure container-to-cloud transformations across global enterprises.
For example, Bojan recently helped a large Australian payment provider accelerate their application modernisation, moving from on-premise infrastructure to the cloud through agentic AI development for documentation and code. Almost 20 business-critical applications were modernised within three months, ultimately reducing the organisation’s capital expenditure by 30%.
Similarly, Bojan helped a leading energy retailer implement agentic AI in their software development processes, removing legacy tech debt to increase operational efficiency and mitigate existing security risks.
V2 AI’s Founder and CEO, Craig Howe, said Bojan’s leadership and technical depth will help V2 AI accelerate business outcomes for clients through further AI-led modernisation.

He has spoken at major industry conferences, including SXSW 2023, AWS Summit 2025, and AWS re:Invent 2024.
